Daily Rhythm

The Mastery Journey unfolds through seven immersive days of experience, reflection, and practice. Each day carries a theme that opens a new layer of awareness, guiding you deeper into the art of facilitation. Program Highlights Day 1 – Intention & Immersion Opening, settling in, and connecting with yourself and the group. Getting Immersed in the experience. Day 2 – Body & Breath Awakening awareness through movement and embodiment. Exploring how the body supports facilitation. Day 3 – Power of Nature Working outdoors with silence, creativity, and reflection. Nature as a co-facilitator.

We usually work in three blocks throughout the day:

Morning:

9:00 – 13:30

Afternoon: 16:00 – 19:00

Evening:

20:30 – 23:00

Short coffee and tea breaks are included throughout the process. As the journey evolves, we will adapt the flow to the group’s rhythm and needs meaning the times may vary.

Day 4 – Inspiration Inspiration day with a trip outside of the venue.

Day 5 – Energy & Stillness Exploring, observing and feeling with other senses, Tuning In to silence and the group’s energy.

Day 6 – Supervision & Creation Lab Real facilitation practice, Bringing your voice into action.

Day 7 – Connecting the Dots & Farewell Connection, celebration, and clarity. Embodying what mastery means to you.
